Service is limited to monthly clients and automated sales tax issues.
Customers utilizing this service agree they are responsible for backing up their data and restoring if there is a need to restore to a state prior to a session.
Fee for Non Monthly Clients
$35 Connection Fee + $70 Incident fee
Incident fee is for service up to one hour and is charged only for a resolved issue.
The connection fee is not refundable as some issues simply have no graceful workaround or solution as it is beyond the capabilities of the software.
